Time for an update. I installed those guides yesterday. The whole job took about 15 mins from disassembly to complete reassembly. VERY detailed instructions came with this kit. I am highly impressed with this company and product.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with TDS. As an aside, the tools/parts he sells are known solutions for known problems. Misdiagnosing the problem or job and getting the incorrect tools/parts is definitely not TDS' fault.

I havent ordered from TDS yet but the hinge bending tool does work, you have to put a lot of effort into bending that hinge at the front of the door. And it requires opening and testing the door after every tweak of the hinge. Took me a good 30 minutes to get my door "right" using a similar tool.
I for one will be ordering from TDS in the next few weeks

Well, I can only hope the reviews speak for themselves; I've ordered the wonderbar, but seeing as I'm in the UK, it's going to cost me a little bit more than you guys
Since I found out that the stress cracks are an "undocumented feature", and had them plated & welded, I just had to get one of these bars, especially considering the reasonable price of the actual product itself.
Cheers,
Mark.

I've also had great experiences with TDS. I bought Alston SFCs and a Wonderbar from them at different times, and both times the parts came fast, undamaged, and packaged well. I got plenty of e-mails updating the status of the order both times, as well as tracking info. Their instructions are very easy to follow, and even come with diagrams.
I wouldn't hesitate at all to do business with them again.

I am yet to recieve the product i ordered, but after i ordered it i found out that i wold have time to do all the work i was planning on wednesday of next week, so i shot an email off to Lon, asking when it would ship, and i wasnt sure if i could put my debit card number in as a credit card. so i went paypal, which i didnt know, takes a long time to clear, so Lon was more than happy to chang the payment type and glad to know the product should be here tuesday! Top Notch customer service, although i dont have the product, from what everyone has to say it will be top of the line.
Thanks Lon!

PayPal normally transfers funds right away. The delay was paying by eCheck through PayPal. The eCheck takes nearly a week to clear. I've been burned by one customer in Canada that paid by eCheck and wanted it shipped right away. No problem. I accomodated him and shipped it right away, despite the check not clearing yet, only to have the eCheck bounce and not clear. Neather eBay or PayPal would provide me any remedy. The fact that his eBay account was suspended around the same time as the eCheck bounced shows he obviously he intended to scam me the entire time. Oh well, I'll chalk it up to a lesson learned. Now I have to wait for an eCheck to clear before I can ship the item. Thanks for getting back with me so quickly so I could ship it in time to meet your schedule.

I originally ordered the TDS rear hatch guide kit from fbodymotorsports. Came in fast enough (even though I've heard of problems with fbodymotorsports). My point is that the kit is very detailed, explained everything and more and even provided a list of other potential problems with the OEM hatch mechanism and TDS's fixes. As soon as I get a new job that actually pays my bills, I'm going for the Wonderbar direct from TDS.
