I ordered a set (8) of Fuel Injectors through Summit. I ordered 8, only received 6. Highly pissed.....but.......I called and the customer rep was very nice and I sent the 6 back and recieved a new set of 8 in about 2 days. So, I'll say at least they fixed their screw up.

There customer service rocks. I get off work VERY late and I had to return a part because I ordered it for the wrong application. I ended up calling there tech line at 1am and the tech who answered the phone was upbeat and very helpful even though it was very late. I sent my part back and got the proper one in less then a week.

I had one bad experience myself but they handled it great. I ordered some AN fittings but one fitting was marked on the package as the correct fitting but the fitting inside was not the correct one and wasnt even close and probably was way cheaper. They sent me the correct fitting no questions asked. Now thats customer service. You dont hear about the good stuff sometimes.

I had one mistake with Summit, I ordered the wrong PN for a Camaro windshield banner, and got one that said Z28. Since I had a RS it didn't do me much good. I called and explained and they just sent me the Camaro one and didn't ask for the Z28 one back. I was amazed and have bought from Summit happily every since.

Summit Racing

I have never had a bad experience with Summit. One time wife ordered a set of engine mounts and they shipped 4 bases instead of 2 bases and 2 mounts not their fault they were packaged wrong from Moroso they sent me new mounts a call tag for the other ones and a hat and I think 10 Summit bucks for my trouble. I have been a customer of theirs for 20 years and will continue.

Yeah, I don't mind the tax though.. I'm one of those people that take the 1/2hr drive up there, raid the scratch and dent, and then roam around for a few hours before I buy what I came for.... Summit is Great!!!

ive been ordering through summit for about a year now and have had nothing but good experiences. their shipping is fast and i always seem to get what i want.

I tried JCWitney at first but after i ordered something about a week later they told me the item was backordered. So I cancelled it and got it through summit in about 2 days, very satisfied!

They sent me a free hat for no reason so I must say I am pleased (although I'd never wear it). However their car covers are junk. Paid $50 and the "defauly firebird" size didn't even come close to fitting. It also ripped quite easily and looks like it'll fall apart in another season as well as the fact its not even water proof when the whole point was to keep water from getting inside the car. Not summit's fault, but selling poor quality products is the company's problem.

yes that car cover is absolute crap. It would be smarter to not even cover the vehicle because the cover actually holds water and stays soggy like wet paper for hours which completely defies the purpose of even putting it on

I only had one problem with Summit.. the cam kit I bought was lacking assembly lube.. I called them and they sent out a bottle of crane cams lube and a free hat. Got free hat from Jeg's when I bought a complete exhaust system from them 'cuz Summit didn't have the headers I wanted in stock.

summit has always tayed true to me. i've had a couple screw ups, 1 mine and a couple theirs, but they always take care of it. i even had them throw overnight shipping in on a part for free so i could get to the track for the weekend on a fuel press reg. i ordered. i'm all about them!
