Cool resource. Oughtta be pinned somewhere. Could help answer some guys' questions about what to do with a build.
Makes me feel good. I've been guessing my 406 at about 420 ft-lbs and 360 horses, based on build and my highly tuned "seat-of-the-pants dyno."
But trying to do comparisons with the downloadable spreadsheet there, it would appear that my power guesstimates are low. How low, I don't know. But low. Maybe as much as 50 or 60 ft-lbs. and 30 horses. There's a build in the chart that's almost identical to mine, except it's a 383, and its torque number is 426. That alone would suggest my torque is at least 450 ft-lbs. Wow! Wish there was an affordable dyno service around here.
Thanks for posting that.
