summit ready made return labels
has anyone used these labels that come with the invoices they send? I sent some parts back and used one of these return labels and it has been 10 days going thru usps and I they (summit Racing) has not recieved the package. and before you ask NO!! like something silly I gave the box to my local postal worker and no I did not (forgot) to get the label I.D. and have no idea what the tracking numbers were. If you have experienced any of this or know someone who has dealt with this situation please help me.
It's not a huge return (apprx. $80) but it would come in handy with buying the other parts that I need for the rebuild> Thanx alot.

When I used one, It took about two weeks for summit to get it and refund my money. I also forgot to get the ID off the label.

It took over a week and they sent me an email saying they got the part back. They do deduct the shipping charges for the return off of your refund.
It is a strange return system. USPS accepts the package and then UPS picks it up from them.
I almost forgot to put the return form inside the package.
I realized as I was leaving the post office and had to get the package back to put the form inside. I doubt they can track it without that.

I didn't get charged because it was a damaged product. But from what I read, they can charge you if you returned it because you changed your mind.
