HSR Fuel Pressure Regulator Question

I have the adjustable FPR on my HSR fuel rails. Does the non-adjustable FPR fit in the same place? I'm moving to an alcohol-compatible regulator and was wondering if it'd fit so I can sell it.

If you do sell it, i'll be first in line to buy.

Sorry, can't answer your question for sure, but i'd be suprised as hell if they used a different fuel rail just for adjustable/non-adjustable.

Summit has a 45$ difference between the adjustable and non-adjustable versions, take it for 25$?

Ive used both the adjustable and the non, then finally gave up and bought a good one.

But yes, the dimensions are identical and it mounts exactly the same.

Are you buying the holley non-adjustable regulator that came on the HSR, or a special alcohol-specific one. Ive got a non-adj. regulator on there now if you need it. If not, still consider the adjustable one sold.

I had read that too. The problem was with adjusting the pressure, first the pressure would drop, then shoot up, and generally behave very erratically. I think this was an error on holley's part that they were sending the wrong regulator, and they are now aware of it. If you buy one new, they will probably send the correct one.

I havent had any problems with the one i bought from synapsis yet, adjusts smoothly and just fine.

Yeah, it worked perfectly for me for the year that I had it. Kept a steady 37-42 psi wherever I had it adjusted to.

Part number 6547 from this site.

https://www.kirbanperformance.com/index_turboregal.htm

It mounts just like the one that comes with the kit.

And yes, many people (including myself) have had major problems with the Holley adjustable reg.
