MINIRAM FUEL LINES
Hi, I was just currious how many of you with minirams have routed your fuel lines. I have searched for some photos of how they have been plumbed but cant seem to find any. If someone has some or the idea for the best routing of them please let me know, I have found its better to find out from someone that has already blazed the trail. Im installing my engine this week and would really appreciate some help, like paticular fitttings required ect, maybe where you cut the line and did the conversion. My guess would be maybe run a braided line from the filter forward? Thanks for your help in advance.

I ran braided lines from the back of the rails, under the plenum area and then left angle into the factory lines.
I cannot post a pic because I already did but go to my web sight for a pic or send me an email.

Thanks for the help, how did you adapt to the lines, mine crosses in the front of the engine on my old tuned port. Did you just cut them and use AN fittings? If anyone elses can shoot me a photo that would be great.

Everything helps Randy, thanks for the photo, I was just going to use a 45deg and a 120deg at the fuel rails with a #6 AN line but im more currious how everyone has attached to the actual hard fuel lines, did you just cut them and do like a flair on the lines? If anyone could tell me how they attached to the hard lines thats what im really looking for. Thanks for your help.

I ended up using 2 90* fittings, 1 45* and 1 120* fittings to hook up to my Miniram fuel rails.
The hard fuel lines where they end in the pic I posted, That stock style end is called a "Saginaw" style fuel end. They have little O-rings on the end of the hard lines. Years ago I called TPIS (local for me) and they have the Saginaw to -6 adapters that just screw'ed on the stock fuel lines. Then all I did was hook up my new -6 fuel lines I made. You can try giving them a call and ask em if they still have them available? Kinda expensive if I remember, $20 each for the pressure and return side. But I dident want to hack up my stock hardlines either.

Thats great information Randy, I think Earls or Russell make them now that you mention it. That will really help me out, thanks a bunch.

I used the stock hard lines that came with the Miniram-II, then I ordered two saginaw adapters from TPIS. The stock vette fuel lines just spliced right in.
You can do the same thing with the fbody i'm sure if you have the hard lines from TPIS.
