You have 2 options: (maybe more)...

1. Try LT1intake.com and order the lines already asembled.

2. Go to Advance Auto Parts, Autozone, NAPA, etc. and get the push-lock hose ends for the intake side. You'll need a 3/8 and a 5/16. I'll get the part numbers tomorrow for you. Then take your factory fuel lines and carefully remove the frame rail side ends from the hoses (BE CAREFUL cutting the ends loose, you don't want to damage the inner nipple on fitting). Now find a hydraulic hose company to crimp the ends on 2 3-foot pieces of fuel rated hose.

You could use fuel injection hose and fuel injection specific hose clamps, but I personally wouldn't trust it.

Make sure those hoses are rated for fuel injection use. The pressures are a lot higher. That price seems awfully low for EFI hoses, about right for carb'ed hoses. Just my two cents...

When we did an LT1 swap, we used Pure Choice Motorsports Kit for an LT1, so since the fuel rail is the same, it should work out fine. The kit is like a hundred bucks, but its 2 lengths of pre-crimped AN stainless hose, the push-lock to AN adapters, and saginaw to AN adapters. All you would need to do is unbolt the fuel lines off of the frame, and re bend them so that they point towards the rear, and attach the lines between the engine and lines. Route carefully, and make sure they are secure, and not rubbing on anything important (stainless braid will wear out anything it touches).

the other options people have mentioned will work as well!

I was looking into their lines, was just trying to see if i could find anything cheaper that would still work. So if I just buy their LT1 kit, thats all i would need?

Re: LT1 intake fuel lines

I used the stock lines off a 97 Cadillac with the northstar

Flare the hardlines where you cut them

They happen to have the correct length of flex lines and stock quick disconnect ends

Re: LT1 intake fuel lines

it depends on what you are putting the engine into. If the car was originally a TPI motor, you want kit 6005. this will convert the LT1 fuel rail to the original saginaw fittings on the chassis. I can't recall if the TBI puts the lines in the same place, but you would use the same kit, because it uses the same connectors.

Re: LT1 intake fuel lines

i dont remember the kit part number i just called them up and said i have a TPI camaro and need fuel lines to swap in a LT1 motor.

From that link, it looks to be # 6005, factory rail line to 14 and 16mm. Factory hardlines on the body are 14 and 16mm
