LT1 Fuel Rail Parallel Feed
I am trying to get part numbers and design info for doing a parallel feed into the LT1 fuel rail. There is an old GM Performance article that mentions this possibility, just wondering if anyone here has done this and has recommendations. There would be an Aeromotive T leading from the fuel line, -an fittings at both ends of the fuel rails, and these would exit to a fuel pressure regulator prior to the return.

Re: LT1 Fuel Rail Parallel Feed
That is the picture from the GM Performance article that gave me this idea. However, im looking for acompany that makes these fuel rails to spec. the intake to the rails as shown wont work due to fitment on the manifold, the -an fittings will have to come in from the top and the passages between the fuel rail have to be closed/ I have no way to weld fittings on. But thanks for the photo it may help others see what i am looking for.

Re: LT1 Fuel Rail Parallel Feed
The problem is, i dont know exactly what to do...the pic you provided shows -an fittings on the intake side. I dont think that they would fit on the LT1 intake. I would think that one would come in from the top of the rails with 90 degree fittings. but one should not put 90 degree bends into fuel lines. SO, that is why I would like to hear from someone who has done this. even the guy that took that pic did not do this.

Re: LT1 Fuel Rail Parallel Feed
90* fiting would be just fine. Look at the HSR it comes with 90* fitting. Think about a stock TPI and stock LT1 crossover. they make a 90* turn also.
Not the best to use 90* but alot of the An stuff is 90* also..
Heres a picture of one way to do it. I prob have alot more I can dig up.

That is a great pic! Would like to see one of the intake side too. I found a place that will custom make the rails; just want to know what to tell them. Those fuel lines look quite a bit larger than 6 -an. Thanks for the pic
