injection question
Evening, I have been doing some reading on here and would like to see what you guys have to say. I have a 408 SBC that I am building. Shooting for 10 to 10.5 compression. Build is for street use, RPM range no higher than 5500 to 6000 max.... Any input on what options would be a good choice to use? Any info is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to let me know what else you need to help me find this out.

Re: injection question
Almost any of the most commonly used intakes will work well for that application. (HSR, Mini ram, Superram, and a converted single plane or dual plane) Indepandant of your hood clearance and personal preference I think the HSR would perfrom the best followed by the Superram, converted single plane or dual plane and the the Min ram. All of them will perform well but the better street type manifolds will have more lower RPM torque (3000 to 5000 RPM)at the expense of some upper RPM power (6000+)

Re: injection question
Thank you both for your time. I was thinking mini ram at first until you guys spoke up. Glad you did. Looks like HSR is the better choice so far. Still have some research to do before I make a final decision. Then to find a cam, speaking of which, do I use a separate fuel management or can I get this to work with modding the computer? And throttle body selections? Sorry if to many questions. If you can point me in the right direction I can do the research/reading from there. Thanks again.
