hey guys im using a set of professional products fuel rails and i cant get them to stop leaking at the ends where you thread in the fittings. i used the white paste type thread sealer and it sat for 2 days before i put fuel to int. what gives? what do you guys use?

 

I have the same product and had the same problem. Turns out I over tightened the connector between the fuel rail and the regulator to the price of a new regulator. I just used teflon tape and snugged not really tightened everything down and its been a few months with no leaks.

 

Run a 3/8 NPT tap and make sure you have clean threads. I had an issue with that once. Then I used teflon tape (wrapped directionally so tightening it doesn't peel it off) and then tightened them down pretty tight. (NPT threads are worthless...I wish my rails were 6AN.)
