stealth ram build
Ive been on the forums along time. I have a 91 rs that was converted to tpi many years ago and now im upgrading again. I picked up a 92 5.7 from a z28 tpi and also have a stelth ram on the way. ive read quite a few threads here and as usual very helpful. My car is a street car a weekend play toy. Ihave a t56 in it and 4th gen posi rear with all the suspension goodies. The 305 runs great but of course i want more engine. Im looking to get an lt1 or lt4 hot cam. Ive seen both are popular choices. Im looking for a fuel regulator that will work and curious to what is the most simplistic or best quality?
everything else I think is good including headers and tb. I was running a vbelt but might go back to the serp drive. i dont run smog or ac. please keep pposting up builds or suggestions. As i build mine ill post here as well

Re: stealth ram build
So you're planning to put in the 5.7 in place of the 5.0.
HSR plus the LT4 hot cam would be a terrific combo with your 3.73 axle ratio. Just be prepared to tune... a 90-92 speed density ECM will not be forgiving of modifications without tuning.
The stock fuel pressure regulator is fine. Just get bigger injectors (probably would go for 30 lb/hr) and then tune for them. Can leave the fuel pressure alone.
