Finally, it's all over with!!! I'm kind of mad, cause this wheel turned out so much better than the others. But here's some pics, not sure if I'll be able to get any on the car since it might be raining the whole weekend.

Can you do that with the RS style IROC wheels or just the IROC'S????

Looks good. Take some with them all on the car and maybe a comparison picture.

There's no such thing as RS IROC's. RS's got the 82-87 Z28 rims. Only IROC-Z's got IROC rims.

Could you check out this thread "16 inch ROH Snypers or RS style IROC'S " and tell me what wheels I have LOL . In other words are they the 82-87 Z-28 wheels or something else. They did not come with the car.
Thanks
David

Yes, you have the 82-87 Z28 rims. They have nothing to do with IROC rims.

It's the glare from the light, the paint is there, you scared me at first.

I'm having the same problem. That stuff just doesn't do anything to my wheels! What kind of paint is this stuff anyway?

Just used some Glossy Black Enamel Spray Paint.

The aircraft stripper won't work miracles, but it will help eat away some the clearcoat.

I wonder if that will hold up as good as hi temp paint. Let us know if it doesn't last.

I stripped may clear off cheaply with ease using heavy duty brake cleaner (not the new enviro friendly stuff).

Do a search, I explained the steps in there, and don't use a clear coat. I tell how to keep them clean too.

Definately, made my car just a bit different than any other where I live while keeping a mostly stock look.

Yesterday my buddy and I busted out the sand-paper and went at it the hard way. That aircraft **** doesn't do anything but burn your hands and make a mess. Waste of money in my opinion.

Yeah, I did the first back wheel all by hand, man that hurt. I guess that's why it turned out worse than the rest.
