Dishwasher safe?
So I'm sitting here thinking to myself how to get my parking lights to look better than I have gotten them from working on them for 2 days, and I thought "well, hell, use the dishwasher!" So I was wondering, before I try this and screw up and have to buy a new set w/ the 70 bucks I don't have, would the dishwasher melt them or anything like that, or do you think it would work? Better yet, has anyone tried it before, and if so what were the results. And one last think...any tips on how to get them nice and as close to new looking as possible? Thanx for any info.

That's the Predator body kit, no?
Anyhow, in response to your question ... I think that if you did try the dishwasher, you should definately put them on the upper rack, with the cups.
I dont think it would be a problem. Your parking lights are very hard plastic, and you can wash cheap plastic dixie cups (the one used for beer pong) on the top rack with no problem.
Give it a shot. If anything gets messed up, go to the local salvage yard and replace them. Dont pay 70 for new ones, thats rediculous.

82camaro, I like your spoiler. Some questions for you.
Is that part of the Prediator kit?
How much?
How easy to install?
Do you have other pics?
Can you email me with some answers?

Aight, got home, opened the dishwasher praying to find parking lights, not just melted plastic, and there they were still intact. When I looked at them, it didn't hurt them any, but it didn't really help them any either. There was a noticable difference, but not much. So I brought them downstairs and rubbed some Eagle 1 wet polish and wax on them. now THAT helped them. I need to buff the stuff off, but they still looked hella better than before. When I get a digital camera back, I'll snap some pics. As for the dishwasher, do if before you spend an hour cleaning on them (like I did) I think it would work better that way, and you would save a little bit of time. But I'm happy with the results.
