I'd say try a clay bar and then try Meguiar's Step 1-3.

Punctuation is when you leave periods at the end of sentences like this. <------ See period. Also concerns the use of commas , parentheses () and other things like apostrophes ' It makes it so people read your posts instead of skipping them. I really hope that the letter you wrote to Mobil didn't look like either of the posts you made, or it will just find its way into the trashcan.

Well......unfortunately your "sol". In most cases of the law; typically a car wash such as the one you attended will have certain "guidelines" or rules that they will post to keep themselves from any liable or legal responsibility.

unless you went in with a "newer" (meaning 2 years or less) factory paint job you will have a very, very hard time proving anything in court. if it was so easy to do such a thing we all would drive our cars through there looking for paint jobs.

while i'm not saying your lying, the chemicals that some of those places use are outrageous. most people who value their paint in any real way will hand wash their cars.

i won't even drive my winter beater through those places; unfortunately it looks like you have learned the hard way.........

Rule of thumb: Never take your vehicle to a motorized car wash!

These things are the worst places to wash your car. Next time your near one, take a look inside. The brushes I gaurentee(spelling?) will be covered in $hit and busted up. If the brushes are made of clothe, most of them will have rocks embedded in them.

When I worked at the local Dodge dealership, we had one onsite. It was probably used maybe 1 time for every 25 cars that got washed. They just did it by hand.

So in short, your most likely SOL, but hopefully something good may come out of this. Good luck!

Wow, the car wash totally destroyed that mini-van, lol. Notice the use of commas and even a period to finish it off, yeah I'm in college. hehe.

not to get off the subject of this post, but when i took a look at that crashed car i said to myself.... self..... that car looks pretty bad. then, i read Marks reply of "holy crap" and had to take a second look. thats when i seen the gaurd rail going threw the car. im kind of blurry eyed right now. burp...burp... . wonder if the person driving **** there pants or got hurt. OUCH
as for the guy with the massed up paint.. guess you learnt a lesson most of us already know in here. Don't take your car threw an automatic car wash. the size of those brissles spinning doesnt scare you? think about how much tar and dirt is trapped in those things. the next time you take a poop. follow it. it goes straight to the car wash you went too

I can use puncuation if you would like me to. I happen to be graduating with high honors this year so i guess I might know some punctuation. Who knows I might not. I was messing with you dude calm down. For some reason most people don't bother putting in puncuation in internet posts. How bad is the paint damage? Any pics?
