Is This What the 5th Gen Camaro Should BE???
Whoa, baby!!!
This rendering is in the new Super Chevy. This guy doesn't work for GM but he sure knows how a Camaro should look!!!
What do you folks think?
It looks to me like it's sneering at everything else on the road--just waiting for one of them to get out of line

Now then, how badly do we want them to look like this???

Nice. The front reminds me of a 4th Gen. While the rear (from what I can tell from the angle) looks like a 1st Gen.

Wow, that car has every Gen in it, it could still use some things though. (more Third Gen looks
) Real nice, if it was only a Z28.

It really looks like a first gen with the aerodinamics of a 200X car. Would love to see a real one like it. Great design

It'd definitely a 60s throwback design, morphed into the 21st century.
The front is very much 69 Camaro SS/RS, with the hideaway headlights. And the rear quarter is a mix of the 69 Camaro and the 63-67 Sting Ray. The T-tops are a bow to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gens, while the wheels are modern BIG!
It is just a wicked looking car! To me, it puts even the newest Corvettes in the shade, so we will no doubt never see it manufactured ;(

Yeah- I made this car in CadKey- kinda cool- i dont know much about car design at all and I only took 3 months of mech drawing. Considering, I'm pretty proud. (Since I can't draw worth beans, I had to do it on the computer!)

I was wondering how long it would take until someone offered a ******** or two
ugh.....no matter how good these retro designs may look now, they will become less attractive to people in quicker time than a more futuristic one
GM needs to stay with their forward thinking.......
Im gonna laugh my @ss off when F*rd releases the next m*stang, with its heavy retro design cues.......the public will be tired of that car in no time.

I got the newest issue of Super Chevy and I love that car. I would buy it if I had the money. I like everything about it but if GM ever did produce it of course there would be some small differences. The can't reproduce it exactly. My only beef is that in production it would never get rims of that design or that big. Bottom line I like the car....how about a 5th gen Firebird ?
