ZR1 Wheel Question

I've been looking for wheels for my 83 T/A. I've been told that the GM Corvette ZR1 wheels (the older ones) will fit my car. 2 people told me they would. But then I talked to someone else, and they said that the wheels would not fit. Does anyone know if they will fit or not? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Steve

you will need adapters from vettebrakes.com or skulte.com

love those wheels. I used "adaptors" (not spacers) in the front and a 4th gen rear in the back.

I also used www.skulte.com . You will need to kno whte size of the wheels. Mine are 17x9.5 with 56mm back spacing (the larger back spacing).

What size adapters would I need??? I see them on eBay all the time. I would probably just want to upgrade to a 16" wheel. What do you think?

I used skulte

I used skulte spacers as well. Check out his site, http://www.skulte.com , when I submitted my order to him, I told him what my intention was with these rims and he e-mailed me back and corrected my order for me. They will probably run you like 300 bux, but if you've got ZR1 wheel's, its worth it ( those are smooth)

I also went with skulte adaptors.

I believe it was 2.25" in front and 1.75" in rear. Though many of them will work. I'm running 17x9's all around.
