what to do with a white camaro???
a few years ago i wrecked my black iroc. i bought i nice white camaro as a replacement earlier this year. it's just too nice, so nice it's boring. i already took off the iroc stripe and i think i'm gonna yank the big letters too. any body have any ideas or pics of paint jobs or graphics one might use to make it stand out?
I agree with racereno, keep it simple. Maybe some blackouts too, but really it's completely up to you. My philosophy is if you like it and think it looks cool, then forget what other people think.
Hey racereno, your car looks great. I love the look of torq-thrusts! Awesome!

that's pretty much my car. i am considering subtle pinstrips, perhaps neon blue and neon purple around the bottom of the car. what size are those wheels?

I love clean, white thirdgens with tints. Tint the windows, get some rims, maybe some clear side markers.
my ca use to be all white (artic white) but when you looked at it you almost when t blind it was so much white.
What I did, (most people will complain about 1/2 this stuff)
-clear side markers
-blackouts (lund eclipse style)
-heritage stripes (red with black outline)
-iroc stripes
-35% tint
-17" chrome ZR1 wheels
one of these days I'm going to get the head light pockets painted black to match my grill.

I didn't know what Chrome/Polished ZR1s would look like on a white car but now i do and boy do i love them.....i used to be a TTII man...but those 17" ZR1s sure look good on that car....i also like the IROC stripes....seeing i own an IROC i think i will slap them on there and to finish it off, an SS hood and VHT NightShades on my spare set of IROC tail lights.

I put them on the top to be differant, If I had a non-ttop car I woun't have put them on. If you notice non of my stripes are 100% accurate, the both have my own personal touch.

There heritage stripes have a black outline instead of red

They dont to all the way down on the back of the spolier, the curve around.

And my IROC stripes are reversed. The big stripe is red and the small stripe is black (to go with the heritage stripes)

I always little te be a little differant (credit must be given to my cousin who gave me the idea for the black outline on the heritage stripes)How many of you guys with white cars have red interiors. I only know of camrs89 and one other guy. Does everybody else really hate red interiors all the much. Guess thats just onther way to be differant. I's nice driving down the road and knowing you will never see a car the same as what you have, TEAR.

I like the clean look. The blue/purple pinstripe would be just enough to set off your car from the rest.
No offense to anyone, but racing stripes or Heritage stripes are starting to become cliche, although teal or purple stripes on a white car would certianly be different.
My vote is for a subtle pinstipe, mild tint, and some cool chrome wheels, maybe some of the new Edelbrock rims. No blackouts, unless your tail lights are really beat up.

My Camaro used to be white (i still wish it was) but the guy who painted my car had leftover paint that was red so we used that.

I actually like it the way you have it though. Beatiful car.
Hey jawzforlife1,
I've got the flame red interior on my white 92 rs. I personally love it. To me it stands out a lot better than gray. But again its just personal preference though. I don't like red interior on a red car, that's just a little too much red for me. Oh and by the way, cool heritage stripes!

The only thing i dont like about those maros is the hood, its just to plain, thats why i like the T/A hoods or the z28's with the louvers, a new SS hood or a z28 w/ louvers would look great

Some great ideas guys. I've got the gray leather int. so I have given thought to some silver anv. stripes. But first.... gotta have that SS hood then I'll take another good look.

I like my paint to make the statement, not the tacky junk that I adhere to it. Repaint it in a pearlescant white color. I used Crystal White. It's a 2001 Lexus color, and it looks amazing.
My car is as plain as can be (save for the 4th gen spoiler) and turns as many heads as any sticker-laiden ****box with a snow-plow spoiler & bling-bling wheels. The only difference is, the heads that turn at this one don't laugh.
I need to take new pics.

In my opinion all those cars look great BUT one thing that I really dislike is when people paint their headlight pockets the same color as the car (especially on white cars). In my opinion it just makes the car's paint job look "cheap". I like the original look: decals, stripes, and black headlight pockets (or as I call them "tool holders")
But, whatever you think looks good is all that matters.

I too like the clean, simple look. Maybe a stripe, but that's about it. One thing I hate with a passion is clear side markers (and tail lights). They just look bad. Not as bad as euro tail lights, but we won't go there.

A friend of mine had a white Camaro and he had 2 Hugger Orange racing stripes painted on his from the bottom of the front spoiler all the way to the bottom of the rear bumper. It looked awesome.

I think the 3rd Gen is one of the elite few cars that look good in white. The Countach, Audi Quattro and Corvette (70's shape) are others;
