I know that this may not be thirdgen related but I just thought that you guys should see this and have a moment of silence for a great car. It is my buddies 1985 Buick Grand National that had a tree fall on it yesterday!!

I had a tree blow over and land on my 81 Trans Am.....But it didn't do any damage to it other than put some small scratches on it. The car was covered but the thick trunk didn't hit it. Just the smaller branches.

Sorry to see such a nice car get trashed like that....*moment of silence*

Wow that sucks... I would be pissed. Normally when I park by trees I worry about bird ****, not something like that happening.

My insurance covers acts of ***? unless they only had liability on a Grand National

I'll bet either homeowners or auto comprehensive would cover that. What a crappy way to go out. I mean wreckin while racin would be one thing, but geez, just wrong place wrong time tihs happens BS....

Time to find another home for the 3.8 Turbo!

Man you know that's gotta suck. You should probobaly go and cut a tree down and let it fall on your car, you know, maybe it will make him feel better.J/K tell him shi# happens to everybody.Trust me, I know.

Damn! That is pretty $#!tty. Its not like there are so many GN's out there that anyone can afford to lose one due to a tree falling on it. That sucks man.

well, I might need some parts if the guy parts it out. My friend is going to look at a t-type today. New turbo and rebuilt motor.
