You guys and your engine bays....

Made me go home and clean mine up. Wife wanted me to do some
honey do's, but I felt guilty, because all of the guys on Thirdgen.org's
engine bays look great. Not wanting to be the odd man out, I took
a scrub brush, toothbrush, simple green, bleach white, and 3 hours
of elbow grease to come up with this.

You want to come over to my place and do that to my car? I need it bad.

You did a great job. I need to get some time and do that too, but I have a lot of honey do's as well.

Keep up the great work! I am looking forward to seeing your progress.

Nice work there, cleaning those early stock LG4's looks like an absolute nightmare!

Now to help keep it clean, replace the falling down hood insulator. Everytime you close the hood, crap is falling all over your engine!!!

Cool Sitting Bull... I had a dream about doing the dual intake last
night. I didn't know if it had been done, or was doable, or if it was
ever an option... I got up this morning trying to figure out how to
make that work. HEHE.

I am trying sooooo hard to keep this car factory. Its gonna be
tougher than I thought.

Well, if you are looking for a dual snorkle check out Iroc Dave's. He has two of them right now

It will work fine on a Firebird. It was a factory option on 305 HO engines in both thirdgen Camaros and Firebirds. It also works fine on TBI cars.

It knocks a full quarter second off a 16 second thirdgen

The dual snorkel is very doable. A little trickier on a '92 but it worked out. Check out mine.
