If it runs good, get some new wheels and tires first. Then get a new coolant overflow tank and washer fluid reservoir. From there, clean the engine bay and get all the dirt out. Then start on repainting the interior plastic peices if it is needed. Re-do the headliner if needed.

You do have a lot of work ahead of you, but that is what's so fun about our hobby. I miss having something to do constantly with regards to improving appearance.

I'd say new wheels and a new hood.

You already have the open element and the valve covers, after the engine bay clean up go for some magna braid on the hoses.

Spend an entire day cleaning her up, I bet it'd look like a new car.

Be **** about it. Clean everything. Then clean it again.

Well I guess Time Warner and other broadband carriers decided that they'd get all of the completely rural middle-of-nowhere places wired before they'd get my decent-sized city. So, yep. :P

Luckily I'm reading this at work with the T1 line though :-D

1.) Detail the entire car (I suggest Formula 113, did wonders for my paint job)
2.) Get some wheels from an early 90's RS and some new tires.
3.) Lower the car w/ some Eibach Springs

I'm not a big fan of the blackouts personally, but it's your car. As for body parts, Hawks has just about everything. There's a link at the top of the page w/ the rest of the sponsers.
