camaro, it might be a distributor/plug wire problem.
Start the car then pull off a wire to see if there is spark...

Yea...to refill the horn resevoir, go out to your local auto parts store and say "Hey my horn is running low, im looking for a can of beep to refil it..do you have any?

If the mechanic is from a foriegn country, he might be using some language that may not translate into English. If he is American, then he has some serious explaining to do. Ask him to also take a look at your fuel shaft because that may cause your inline sheker bearings to loosen.
