Me too, but he has no tunes in his car, I don't see much perfomance coming from a spacer and filter.

i understand both sides of you guys. keep this in mind - a cowl hood is more then just function it is also an appearence mod. no i am not a ***** but they do change the look of the car, and IMO they make it look better

Go for the cowl hood, you can buy a cheap cd player to hold you over for around $100, but if it is tunes you want, a portable cd player with speakers will work just fine!!

Get the hood. A cd player isn't going to help you win any races.

I'd get the hood. Cowls look awesome on 3rd gens! Crap! If I lived closer I'd sell you my old Kenwood deck with 10 disc changer for $50. I don't use it anymore and I did jack up the faceplate on the changer, but everything still works! I usually turn my stereo off so I can hear the Flowmaster!

THere is only one of two things you can do buy a COWL hood, or buy 25 pink and purple boxers.

If you chose the hood over the boxer get the hood instead of the cd player.

you dont need music when you have the sound of a beatiful car that you are crusin in... plain and simple, or jsut bring along a boom box with some extra battries. or if you want i have a CD player for sale, pioneer, 100 dollars. plus shipping.
