FLYINLOW92rs - an idea

first, just wanted to say that I friggen love your concept in you sig, its badass. I was wondering if you would mind trying a couple of things.

1. raise it so that it has about a 1" drop
2. make it black
3. add these rims

I'm sure you get tired of people asking for photoshop stuff and all that, and I hate to add to it, but I just cant get that thought out of my head.

I'm thinking either those rims or the non-black version of them. They are Fikse FM-5, and yes I know they are expensive. if you need them I'll find different angle photos for you

Thanks
Tristan

That TA looks awesome. The decals are iffy, but they work for me.

Yes, Wootah is correct, DevianB......a member here.....drew that concept for me........all credit goes to him.......excellent artist....You may want to try and PM him or maybe he'll see this thread, and ask him about it..........

my artistic abilities are close to that of a child....

But thanks for the nice words, hopefully one day i can make my car look like that......

P.S. you may want to post a pic of that car that is relativley close to the same angle of the pic in my sig so that way if he's up to it, it will be easier for him.....

FLYNLOW92rs - yeah I'm like you, if I had the program to do that, my results would be a jumbled mess of unintelligible shapes

As far as the angle goes, I got to looking at it, and its basically just a mirror image of your concept pointing the opposite direction. I think the angle is close enough that it just might work.

Wow, the black one looks really good. JimmyG-91Z, looks like you beat me to the punch by a whole 4 days (that's when I would have had the time to change it).

Well, since it looks so good, no sense in me doing one.

I might do one since only I and Flynlow92RS has the high quality pic of the sig. For some reason, drawings have to be saved on a much higher quality than actuall images, which means in order to show them at a good size I have to split the picture in half and show the front and rear pics seperately.

Low quality pics bother me. I have an obsessions with carity.

don't like the airbrushing on the 4th gen, but i guess if you are running 10.14 then you can paint your car any color you want

yeah I don't think thats an '00 WS6; front fascia , gfx, and spoiler are different. Looks like firebird, formula even. No logos for firehawk I see. I see alot of people buy that ram air hood and slap it on a non ram-air bird. Actually the best hood for 4th gen birds is the raptor hood. Almost exactly like the stock ram air hood, but with out that horizontal plastic piece when the hood meets the nose. Nostrils baby.

ok so thats not the subject of this post. Those wheels are sweet though......

yeah my bad it is a Formy, didnt read the description close enough

FLYNLOW, it must be something with Geocities, because the tags are right. I tried a coupla different things multiple times, and nothing worked. if I copy and past the url directly, though, it works every time.

Car Domain is great for hosting sig pics since you can post as many pics as you want. I put my car on Car Domain just so I could use my sig pic here.

Looks alot like what I had planned for my 90 RS. I wanted to paint it black and use deep dish wheels with dark centers and a polished lip. I love that look. I think that pic looks great.

Some very interesting stuff happened this weekend and my plans have now changed. I found the 3rd gen of my dreams. I'm picking it up today in fact. The 18's will be going on the new one and they wont be powdercoated at all. The ROH wheels from the new one will be powdercoated black and end up on the RS. Shame they dont have a polished lip! So the RS will end up being black with totally black wheels. Close but not as cool as that pic.

Believe it or not I use photoshop. I don't use anything else. I have been working with the program since 1999, even then it was awesome. There are a lot of other good programs, but Adobe Photoshop is my favorite to use since I am so familiar with the tools.

no ****?! how do you get the colors to look like? I've never been able to do anything like that, it always turns out looking like a flat surface, no depth to it. thats sweet though, just gives me another reason why I need to go get a copy of it.
