Looks, nice........I'm in the process of installing a new black interior in my car.......(carpet, console, plastic)
What made you stay with gray and not go black?
The car looks nice what are you planning for it?

Looks damn good.
I pulled my carpet out the other day and my floor pan isn't too bad, some rust, but I in the process of POR'ing it.
Your floorpan looks new.

Is that a TV or what?
Yeah its a 6.4" LCD screen for Playstation II
where did you pull that overhead console from again?
Got a hard top version off of ebay real cheap, then traded 88 WS6 TransAm
how much for the carpet? and where is it from? nice ride too
I ordered it at a car show in carlisle so it was cheap, got it for 106 with shipping, I think the place was called like legendary interiors or something like that.

I almost fainted when I pulled up the carpet, I was expecting SOME rust.

I wanted to keep it as it is, just update it, and my carpet was bad. Im gonna detail my engine bay then I may be in High Performance Pontiac Magazine. The editor told me he was interested but wanted new carpet and cleaner engine bay. I think it was a bunch of BS, but we'll see.

Wowowowowowowo. wow. The floorpan looks new, but is not. I wish I had a playstation in a car for the trip to Dayton Ohio. It was an 8 hour drive. Nice job. Quite an upgrade from the stock piece.

TVs in the dash next to the map holder. Looks great 86, how long did it take you? Also, did you put back the "jute" or what ever that multicolor stuff is, or did you just put down the carpet to the floor pan? Thanks, once again, nice job-Bryan

my new carpet had that sh** on it allready, that is a PITA to cut through. Carpet cuts easy, almost to easy, but that sh** on the back is impossible.

I started around hmmmmmm 2 or 3, and was done around 6:30, As you can see I had alot of wires for my cd changer, amp, and playstation to play with.
I had to disconnect every one of them cause I was to lazy to pull my old carpet up before so there was an area under the one back seat where they came up so I had to disconnect them all.
I have never done it, but my girlfriends dad expected me to be in the driveway 'till 10-11 and I had it done by 6:30 with it requiring extra work and having no experience. soooooo... start in the morning or around noon and you'll be good. have no problem

Looks real good!:hail:
When I first saw those floorboards I was like"Yup...must of just painted them or somethin" But man...those floorboards are mint!
Question about your wires...Did you just lay them across on top of the carpet inside the console? or are they underneath the carpet? Just wondering cause Im gonna do mine and since everything will be out which is the best/easiest way of doing it.

Once you put the new carpet in, its easier to bring it up to put wires underneath, factory carpet is like glued down. mine isnt now so if have to change or add something, I take the seat out, take the side trim out, fold it back, do what I gotta do, slap it back together.
