Thing is I have seen none in MD with it.

I just want something that sets my car from the ordinary, yet I like the stock look.

 

Everyone one on this site has an ss hood, BUT i have never seen one in real life........never.......

Creative on this site is one thing, creative in real life is another.....

 

If you want to stick to red, I would think about the red color from the new PT Cruisers. It's a deep red, but it's not dark, just has good depth.
If you go black, all I can say is that I hope you like washing your car twice a week. It WILL need it! Looks great clean though.
Ever thought about white, with all the black accents? Black headlight pockets, black on your wheels, black door handles and locks, and keep your stock hood so you can have those nice new black louvers you have. I think it would look even better with no stripes (you dont have stripes do you?) but keep the IROC door decals, and lose the side molding or maybe even paint it black.
I also like yellow IROCs.

What is the best way to change the color of a car in photoshop anyway? I can never do a good job, always looks like a little kid's finger painting

 

I can't ever figure out how you guys can change a color in PhotoChop and still get the reflections to stay on the paint. My color changes always remove the reflections. Anyone want to educate me?

Go for the hugger orange with black stripes. :hail: That would look so sweet and still keep a kinda stock look to it (IMO anyway). Wish I had the money for my body work and new paint..

Kinda off the topic, but Mark, are your parking lights blacked out? how you do that and how did you get them to stay? Do you have to take them off at night?

And disturb im pretty sure he used nightshade for the parking lights , its like a spray so ya cant take that off

 

Ooohhhh...I was thinking he might have taken an old set of headlight blackouts and cut them to fit in the parking light pockets...but spaypaint isnt to bad an idea...you think it would look good on my car? Howabout a photoshop real quick and easy like?
