Make a Fiero look like a Firebird?

WTF???????

I was browsing a host of pics and found this. I've seen the Tojan kit to make a Firebird look like a Lambo...... but this?

What's next? A kit to make a Cavalier look like a Camaro?

I don't think it looks like a Firebird at all but I still think it looks pretty cool.

I think it looks pretty freakin' cool too. As long as the motivation is there to back it up (something like a 32V Northstar Caddy, from a front wheel drive platform mounted in the rear of the Fiero). I've seen one car like that and WOW did that thing move. But he had stock body panels on it.

Doesn't look like it's trying to be a 'bird to me. I think it's pretty nifty.

That looks like the 91 Fiero that was supposed to come out but didn't.
I really like the way that looks.
GM canned it since they feared it would cut into the F-Body sales.
It was in a GM or Pontiac Magazine a couple of years ago.

That's right. That is the pre production Fiero concept. The styling was a bit to extreme for its class. GM had no intention of it looking like a Firebird, which I don't think it looks like. I don't know all of the details concerning it though.

I think I'm gonna agree with most of the replies so far, and say I like it. That looks cool as hell! Only thing I'd change is I'd get rid of the big yellow "PONTIAC" decal on the back, otherwise

i can see a very slight resemblance but not much... i think our cars would look cool if we had that rear end without the notch.

I really like how the handle on the door is reccessed under the side scoop. I love those taillights - very simple.

Let's get something straight......

Nothing LOOKS like a Firebird but a Firebird and

Nothing LOOKS like a Camaro but a Camaro but

that Fiero looks good. I would buy it because it's different.

The ol' fiero's could give ALOT of cars a run for their money. If pontiac had ever decided to build them with V8's......

http://v8archie.com - this site has links to some kit car fiero's. Ferrari 308's, Lamborghini's, Fiero IMSA replica's...lots of stuff.

First off... you ain't my mama, so don't talk to me like that!!!!!!

Second..... I just wanted to show you all how cool it was so claiming that it looks like a Firebird was the only way to make sure it didn't get locked. I think it's cool to.

Seriously..... it does look somewhat like a Firebird, but a 4th gen. But again..... if I would have said that, it would have gotten locked.

Now that I've said this...... it will probably get locked.

That is the model of the 1990 fiero gt, that picture is its concept, I asked how much to get a body kit for it, i got listed from 8,000 to 13,000!!!!! I said screw that.

That would have given the vettes a run for its money off the strip,
4.3L v6 turbo, pushing 260-275 hp

The facts show it was very fast, and it would have been the first fiero as a 4 seater, I wished the made this car, I was mad when I found out they stopped producing the fiero (Dam Government)
Hate those people.

Where are you getting the displacement facts and the seating facts? The '90 prototype was only a 2 seater, just like the previous fiero's. I LOVE the look of the prototype, if I could afford it I would have someone modify a late model fiero to look like that. AND i'd have a V8 installed in it. Would LOVE to waste all of the unsuspecting people. Plus it would be just about one of its kind on the road.
