Hey am I missing something here(Cowl pic)

I just put the windshield in, but am I missing some kind of plastic cowl or something that goes in front of where the windshield sits? Any pics would help. Thanks.

Probably for hot air to escape..
lower underhood temperature.

The reason that it looks funny is because when it was stock, it was painted satin black. It blended right in with the screen. Now that it's blue, it looks out of place, like there's something missing.
