Here are a few die-cast f-bodys...
Most of them are first gen, but there is a very large number of third gens too.

8 Don't forget to look for the cheap ones too when collecting. I found this one at a local Longs drug store. I think it was like 59 cents or so.... Kind of cheasy, but it is a third gen.

Ive collected di-cast cars for years now. Mostly the bigger 1:18 scale cars. I saw the camaros, but not any TA's. Last week i went to a hobby shop that specializes in models and dicast. I had him try to track down some 3rd gen TA's...any car from 82-92, either plastic or dicast. He called me back a day or two later and said no dice. In fact, the only place ive found glue together models is on EBAY. And they get kinda of expensive sometimes. I really wonder why there were no di cast firebirds. I mean, the cars style went on for 10 years, that makes it pretty significant, plus they have a 3rd gen camaro... Hey, maybe if enough of us call ertl or mastio or some other di-cast companys, they will make one. I doubt it, but I would pay a good amount for one... Especailly a black 87 with camel interior

Thanks 91... I found them a short while ago for sale on the internet... Do a search, I am sure you could find one. I need to do some sort of display with all of mine. Right now, they are just lined above my haalway (as the pictures show).

There are also 1/25 scale factory promo models for 82-92. They are still cheap. I have all years in all available colors.
