As some of you might have read, 86fyrbrd is selling his car on ebay right now(go buy it!!!). Anyway, I remember a long while back when Carndrvr sold his car(arguably the most beautiful thirdgen camaro on these boards)....we had a pic post for him. Progress pics of his car, current pics....overall we just drooled on our keyboards, right?

I remember back when you totaled your first bird, then moved on to your current. Wasn't the plan bright yellow? lol. Thanks for going on pic posting rampages and enabling me to dream about my car for endless hours during times when I should be doing something else.

That is brutal... I am sure the poor guy is having a hard enough time with the idea of selling the car.... This just rubs it in a little.

 

This isn't meant to be brutal. Quite the contrary. If I had to sell my car - and was dead set on doing it, I'd like to know if people had appreciated my form of art - the car. This is what he has created - art. I'm showing my appreciation for it. His car will always have a place on my desktop.

Becuase after all - a car is just a car. What he has created is more a skillful mastery of automobile design. His attention to detail is simply breathtaking.

If nothing else, take it as such: I don't want him selling his car not knowing that he's inspired those around him. At least for me, I'm thankful he had the idea to share his car with us.

damn, Im suprised people even remember me having a previous bird, yeah it was gonna be yellow. Im glad I went ahead with the way I did it, but I cant dig any deeper into my pocket to keep it so its time to move on. Im just hoping someone buys it. I think the lowest I can go is $9,500

 

hey you know if I had the money, I'd jump on it now. The stuff you're including with it make it more than worth the money.

Thats an awesome fukin car!!! I wish i had known you were selling it a week ago. I totalled my GTA and bought a 93 Vette, i definately would have went and checked that beauty out.

It really suks you have to sell it.

Why sell it because you can't dig deeper in your pockets... why don't you just stop modding it for a while... I wouldn't want to give that beauty up..

i saw it the other day, and i thought we had another case of someone stealing pics like they did with kandieds car... anyway.. its a sweet a$$ car... Anyone have pics of the other guy you mentioned? Carndrvr? i wana see the quality of that car. thanks guys... hopefuly the new owner will be a new member!

the guy just got all of those negative feedbacks TODAY within 30 min of each other! his account has been inactive since July 2001, and now he decides to buy sumthing. i think you have yourself a 'no buying bidder'. maybe someone stole his user ID on ebay...
