whats everyone think of the 91 rs i found one here in town i fell in love with it is original paint gorgeous body but 144,000 miles i personally like the look of the 91 rs's gfx its got the 305 do these things have a lot of power for being a 5.0 and what would be a decent price he's asking 4,250 but i think i could talk him down to 3500 just cause of the mileage. it does look mint though that is considering i get the 4500 im asking for mine


i'm going to take it for a drive after i can find my car!!

that is a bird under the snow i found the rs and want to buy it the price is a little high on her bu the problem is i have 6500$$$into the car so i'm actually loosing money

 

I wish there was a pic to judge it by. Sounds a bit high for to me for an RS. I wouldn't get, if you already have so much time and money invested in your own ride.

 

i think it is high just for the mileage but there isnt any door dings, scratches, the paint looks brand new but it is the original the interior's good i would have the tint redone but even the motor looks clean for the milage i'm goin to try to talk him down to 3500 and i actually had two people calll about mine today but with 3 ft of snow no one can come look at it i dont even like looking at it

$2k tops, maybe $2500 in perfect condition. You're looking at a high 15 sec , maybe very low 16 sec 1/4 mile performer.

 

take it from somebody who has owned a 91 RS before, don't do it, especially for $3500-$4500 with that mileage. That's nuts. Down here cars RS model 91/92s with 50,000 miles have hard time selling for that price.

And no offense to anybody who owns and RS, but they are slow stock man. It's like a high 16 second car :P

 

Hey its a mid 16 second in good shape, get it right. Anyway ya even 3500 is way too much for as many miles as that car has, even in perfect condition. I mean my 91 l03 is a bit on the ugly side and needs some body work (no rust, just some dings) and paint (damn van nuys paint) but with only 76k on it when i got her and now at 87k i got her for 2500. And i have seen 100k tpi cars in great conditon go for 3000 so look around more.
