You either:

A) Cut the front coils in half

B) Took the front coils completely out

I'm a big fan of lowered cars, but damm! thats in the weeds! I like it when the fender gap is even all the way around the wheel.

So when are yougoing to put the springs back in?

Yeah, I took the springs out all together... I had to swap out the struts, and figured I may as well see how low it could go... I was slightly bored I suppose Anyways, I plan to put the springs back in this week, the car has no engine in it right now, so it is not going anywhere soon. Just figured I would share the pics..

I am currently using Edelbrock headers on the blue car. Next month, I am dropping it off at Lemons Headers for a set of custom long tubes that will clear with it being lowered (Eibach Sportline springs).

The Lemons headers run a grand.... They are top quality though. The primaries are going to be 1 7/8" and 3" collectors. These are going on a 427 cube small block.

The car will be as is for the cruise/gathering... I plan to have the car down about a month for the engine and tranny swap. I am going to replace anything that looks like it needs freshining while it is apart... I hope to also replace all the weatherstripping, new carpet, etc.. It should be like a new car again.
