before the work just low and mean stock wheels

ok how the hell do i resize a pic small enough in byte size to post from microsoft picture it i got
1. Airbagged stock wheels
2. Lowered chrome wheels
3. Lowered Z28 wheels
4. Airbagged chrome wheels

Well, to resize it, I use paint, cause thats all I got. Select it with the rectangle, and use the arrows.

it's edit - image size, or something...to keep the same dimensions but lower the filesize, go file....save for web...and continue to change th .jpeg compression until it's the desired filesize.
