Re: post ur custom mod pics

Had this really cool looking shifter **** custom made. The swirls are like those on a bowling ball, and the Z28 looks like it inside the ball. Also have an extra one with IROC-Z in red.. ( off the IROC i was restoring ).

I have a 1990 Pontiac Firebird. 350 Chevy Small Block, Circle track milled heads, Carburetor, NASCAR Moroso Valve covers and SPECTRE air filter. My dad painted it. Costed us $300.00 total for all supplies. $250.00 Cragar Wheels, Paid $65.00 for all four Dayton Daytona SR White Letters, LED Under-glow, Driving Lights replaced the broken fog lights, $53.00 for the Pontiac Racing and FIREBIRD decals and NITE-Shaded taillights and much much more to come loll. Comment please(:

Thanks, it has taken a long time to do this since I've never fabricated or built a car before. I was going to just put a new engine in and one thing led to another.

good, heres what i did:
-used 2000 grit sand paper and wet sanded the clear coat off

-tape off the backup lights (unless you can afford to fix body damage)
-take VHT nightshades and give 3 medium coats (not to dark but just right)
-wait for it to dry then do 3 to 4 coats clear and i would suggest clear coating the piece between the lights because it will look uniform

Dude why would you rag on someone elses effort. This is a thread to share ideas. Quite frankly there has not been a post that has not given me something to think about. They are all good modifications.

Re: post ur custom mod pics

Not sure if I have pictures for all mods but I will list some stuff.

Vents and door handles done in black

79 3" tips made out of stainless and chromed.

I put this together and stuck it under the car. Yukon aluminum center chunk, and PBR backing plates.

Little Mod after Pioneer used the car on PT for a full install.
