third time

ok so ive had a great day, now on spring break, woke up at 11:30am, went over to judy's today, went and saw anger management which you will think is ironic after your done reading this, get back to her house, have soem fun. i leave her house at midnight. get home at 12:10, curfew. i pull in and go behind my camaro and look at it, eggs...

so i start ragging, i go grab the hose and wash my car, look closer and notice that they also used rocks this time.

i run into my house and go to fridge, grab a bunch of yogurt and then to the garage, grabed 1 new can of dot 3 brake fluid, and tell my parents what happened, they told me about 10 minutes ago they did hear something... so i till them ill be back. i go grab my bat also, i go on a hunch towards a old friend house. we arent friend anymore because of sh*t he did.

i park acrost the street in the church under a tree. run acrost the street, down their long *** drive way to find this...

a warm hooded blazer with egg catons and a few rocks in the interior. so i go to his car. 91 camaro, sorry guys and gals but this is what i did.

threw off the tarp, poured the yogurt all over it, got my knife, cut a hole in the foil part of the dot 3, and squeezed it all over the hole car, on the hood i put "f**k YOU" drew a few things on the doors and such. throw the tarp back on and book to my truck.

got home and im still raggin, im so f**k**g pissed, this is like the 3rd time this has happened, so this week im stayin up with my bat and gonna hope they come back for more so i can have a little batting pricatice with his head and punting with my steel toes.

I HATE PUNK *** KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That really isn't cool man! I have had my car keyed, broken into, hit and egged and I know how you feel. TRUST ME!! But the best thing would have been to confront him man to man ya know. Tell the police and get a report filed. Then keep an eye out and the next time he does it you can get him on both of the instances. There is nothing you can do now, I really hope that it does not get worse, or hope that he does not go to the police. I would hate to see something happen to you.

Also, now that you retaliated on his car be ready for the things to get worse. I suggest keeping your ride in the garage for a very long time. I have delt with alot of people like that and they do not forget things. Again man best of luck with the whole situation. Be prepared to defend yourself in the near future because more likely than not he will know that it was you.

Again man GOOD LUCK!!

i cant put it in the garage, its an outside car, my mom has her 64 falcon resto in the garage, but since i did get it running with ym friend josh then ill just take it to my other house where no one knows about it, and throw it in the very back of the car port and put a car cover on her since i took her off insurance for 6 months.

I agree with Easy on this one. This will most likely cause a vicious circle. Call the police, or should have, and maybe with the evidence it could be proven it was him. Now you're chit out of luck.

That really sucks though.

"sorry we cannot do anything because we did not catch them in the act of vandalising your car"

so thats why i went after hime plue i dont care because he doesnt know we have another house, and if you could find it he couldnt find my car because it will be locked away.

I have to side with Squeeks.

Some police departments will not work very hard at busting someone for vandalism. I had $1,400 in damages done to my car. When I handed the officer my statement he LITERALLY turned to me and said "Tough break, not much we can do".

I don't agree with bashing the crap out of his car. *MAYBE* tossing eggs at it, but going as far as you did was way out of line.
Sometimes the only way to stop the problems are to retaliate and show them you aren't going to let it happen without consequences.

Your best bet now, is go to the guy, ask him what the deal is...and try fixing things. You can't prosecute him now, even if you had hard evidence because he has a hefty probable cause charge he could slap on you.

IMO going to the cops would do nothing. Even if they went to his house and seen the egg cartons in his car. Someone would have actually have had to see him in the act for him to get in trouble.

I also agree that filing a report with the police would have been a better choice. Sometimes cops are not helpfull at all. None of this has ever happened to my car, thankfully.

I guess in your case, messing up the other guys car was much more satisfying than taking the time to report the crime at hand.
I can certainately understand.

I am a very patient and calm person - not one to use violence, but when the same thing occurs a lot, I can really snap and do some damage.

I still don't understand why people want to vandalize cars for the fun of it.

Well, I'd have to say what you did was obviously not the right thing to do; but sometimes you need to cross the line from the 'right' thing to do and the 'not-as right' thing to do. I think the kids a punk for throwing crap at your car, and he should get a little something in return. However, it might not have been best to do it right after he vandalized your car. I think when this is all resolved; one day it will be a pretty funny story to tell your kids how you got revenge.

I think filling a report would not help out at all. It usually never does, the cops are lazy and dont feel like following through. I can't blame you for what you did, and I can't honestly say that I would'nt have done something very similar to what you did. I know if someone messed with my bird, I'd go crazy; hopefully that never happens.(knock on wood)
