The part circled in yellow is supposed to shield the rear passenger seat from the sun, plus it gives it the illusion of a smaller hatch. Well at least to me.

I would e-mail the owner from antiques central to find out where it came from. I've never seen anything like that before, but I don't like its style.

GTS makes one. Any auto parts store can order it. Pep Boys, Advance Auto, whatever.

I have seen them in my F-Body catalog from yearone.

It has a picture of one on a fourth gen, but then in the captions it says they have styles for any year.

Technically no. What I read in the yearone was "It is made for cars without window mounted breaklights"

But that does not mean it cant be done. Anything is possible with patience and money

Isn't GTS out of business?

Everytime I see one of those shields around here, it looks BAD.

The ones people have used in my area must be cheap, because on the freeway they flex and flop around there and IMO that's just tacky....

But hey, we're all entitled to like different things.... :lala:
