has anyone thought of spliting the turn signal light functions?

Meaning modifing the housing to house 2 lights. 1 clear as a type of driving light, and the other being orange(turn light) This would also require that a new cover lens be created.

Anyway I tried this and I really like the look of it. When I glued on the old lenses they got cloudy, so I am making another set that will have clear lexan covers plastiwelded on to prevent the clouding up. I am hoping to have the new set done next weekend.
I will post pics when I get them.

To those that are wondering why, it gives the car alot more modern look. And I think it just flat out looks better.

 

Like a beretta z26. You could get a set of fog lights and turn signals off a Z26 and see how it fits if you can mount them some how behind the opening. But the opening might be too small.
