throwin ideas for the SC again

i dunno....i think i may be getting sick of the whole lack of ground effects thing....i just love the look of slammed camaros and this would be getting closer to that....i would probably go and get some but i just painted my car.....how much would a set 91-92 gfx run me? then figuring how much would it be to match my paint about? we now that im working maybe this will happen in the future....heres a crappy photochop i did of my camaro with gfx and lowered 2 inches....heh, what do u guys think of my idea................

If I were you I would keep it without ground effects. I have an 84, and when I got it painted I kept the stock look of the pin stripe, then added the side moldings for a different look. My car is also lowered 2 inches, and I love how it looks.

I like it with ground effects, it makes it look lower.

Forget the gfx!

Every clone and his brother runs them. Your car looks cool because it DOESN'T have them

I use to like how my SC looked without gfx's but eventually I grew out of it eventually to where I couldnt stand the site of my car without gfx. Now I think the car has more of a mean look and it doesnt look like a jacked up truck that can go offroading.

I say get them, I think it looks much better with them. Also get a new front nose piece if you have the ones with the vents( sorry I dont like those, just a suggestion)

Personal preference. I don't think the 91-92 gfx fits on your year car but research it. I am sure if there is any way possible it has been stated on this board somewhere. Personally I like my car without them because it's different. My next 3rd gen will be a 91-92 with the gfx. But until then I remain non gfx.

Dam dude, you're the guy who convinced me to not put gfx on my ride, sayin there weren't enough nice SCs out there. But to each his own. If I was in your shoes, I'd get the 85-90 gfx (I think that's the year range), the 91 - 92s look too flashy to me.

hard call to make, man.

i've always liked your car.. it's so damn nice as it is.

but that photoshop is pretty freakin sharp.

if it was me, i'd add the gfx... but you won't be losing any friends if you don't.
