Ok, Just get the car painted and 2 weeks later what happens. I get scraped in a parking lot while im in renting a movie. My question is, how can I get this bastards paint off my car, there is like a 2 foot long streak kinda deal on my door in the dent and the paint is stuck there pretty good.

A little wet polishing compound did the trick on my sisters car when that happened to her.

Yup, polishing compound, if that doesn't work, rubbing compound. Don't rub too hard with either.

polishing compound would work, but be EXTRA CAREFUL. your paint has not fully cured and it will remove easier then normal.... and dont use rubbing compound... its too harsh and will burn thru the paint much easier.

also, if you use polishing compound on that one spot, it may appear shiny compared to the rest of the car.. you may end up CAREFULLY polishing the whole thing.... give it a nicer shine anyway....

i use enamel reducer on paint that is a day or two old at work. it really won't hurt the paint. it may leave the paint alittle cloudy but that will come off when you was it or you can you compound.
