Camaro Superfest 2003
Camaro Superfest 2003
I had a chance to head up to Michigan with my fiance, for Camaro Superfest 2003, and we had a blast. The weather was poor, and the turnout wasn't what I figured, but it was fun none the less.
I snapped over 50 pictures of the event, and I've had some requests to get them online for someone to see, so I threw up a quick web page.

I'm just warning you guys, I threw this page together as fast as I could just to get them up there. All I really had time to do was resize, crop, and make sure all the shots of the same car were together, so this page will definately take you a LONG time to load, and it's just pictures.
Also, the shots were my personal pictures, so there's all four generations of camaro on there, and the shots are all of cars that I enjoyed, or my fiance enjoyed, little personal querks. Basically, if it had a trick looking engine, custom interior, or custom paint, I was interested.
Enjoy. I have a lot of things going on right now, so I don't know when I'll get a chance to play with these, but maybe I can at least separate them into a few pages, so you can see them in smaller groups and speed up the load time.

Oh, I do have more pictures including a group picture of thirdgens, but I have to use up the rest of that roll of film. I only got a few pictures of the group shot because someone named Roy chased us away because he wanted to get a picture
All in all, there weren't a lot of impressive thirdgen's there, IMO. Kandied91z was there, and his car just looks great. There was also a nice one in a metalic orange color I liked, and a red one with a really trick engine bay. Lastly, there was a good looking purple third gen with white detailing that also appealed to me. If these cars belong to you, post some pics!
One of the irritating things about the event was the number of cars that didn't even have their windows down, or their hood up! Nice cars, but they might as well be stock for all I know! Maybe the poor weather played a factor in this, who knows.

I'm not mad though, I just wish Jeff could have seen'm, since he's the one who asked for them.
Anyways, I upgraded my account, which'll give me 10X the amount of bandwidth, but they say it will take up to 24 hours for my credit card to clear and my account to be reactivated.
So keep checking the link guys, and I'll bump this thread when its back up.
Maybe I can treat you with 2 pics of Kandied's ride, and use up my 2 pic limit here for now.

Web page is back up guys, hopefully to stay. I'm not sure how far I can get with my new bandwidth, but it's 10X what I had before.
Oh, and I did some quick editting and separated the pictures some and crop'ed and resized some more. I think they're pretty much in good shape now. You should have quick load times, and hopefully I cut down my bandwidth as well. Enjoy!
