We've all seen some pretty tastless thirdgens posted here... but this one is tastless- and twenty grand. It would take another twenty to fix this nightmare. Enjoy:

well whoever did the paint knows what theyre doing, they just dont have much taste. and corvette taillights???? did i miss something? ive never seen 'vette taillights on our cars. just think of how awesome that car would have been if they had taken all that money they threw away on crappy paint and put it under the hood.....

Looks like a 60's acid trip. I agree with earlier comment on the steering wheel, whats up with that cheap wrap on the steering wheel. Still claiming 225 HP so no work was evidently done to the motor. Vette tailights, seen them they look ok, but your paying 20K for one hell of a gaudy paint job with some crappy body styling.

True dat OMC.
I mean... there is apparent effort in that car. And the interior looks decent.
But for 20 grand. jeeze.
I mean, the engine seems to be stock and everything, there is maybe 20 grand worth of blood sweat and tears, but material's wise you are looking at maybe a 7 grand car.

dudes! do you have any idea how badazz that would have looked back in the late 80s/early 90s?!
you know...
...back when every Hot Rod cover was hot pink with a neon laser on the side and a chromed blown engine thru the hood?

Hahaha..
All I can think of right now is Don Johnson and Miami Vice....
Seriously though, for all you "more professional" TGOers. How much does that custom paint actually add to the price of the car?

theres even cracks and da corner of the doors, i think a thirdgen could easily be worth 20g if its rare and nice. i got bout 20g in mine but i have alot more done that he does so whatever.

ya know...the paint just reminds me too much of the rejects around here that have murals painted on the tailgates of their trucks, and that spoiler needs to burn in hell. and i think there was one of those steering wheels on the '84 olds delta 88 that was the old family car but other than that i like the interior. but for 20k???? this guy has got to be smoking the same stuff as the guy that painted it. thats like 85% of the cost of a new SS or another third gen with a beast of an engine that'd blow the doors off damn near anything that is street legal. someone should send him an email and just ask "WTF are you thinking?!?!"
