new Iroc pics
Well, just got my new 5.7L '87 Iroc Z28 home last night around 1:00pm. It made the 980 mile trip from MA to GA fine. Haven't gotten a chance to wash her yet cause I'm still too tired from driving 2000 miles this weekend, but thought I'd post a couple pics of the new car and my old one. Enjoy

cause i'm not keepin the old one. the big block hood's comin off and the stock hood w/ heritage stripes is going back on. i wanted a 350, and it's cheaper to just buy a new car than swap from a v-6 to v-8.

yep it's the one from ebay. i usually don't like white cars too much, but the black sold me on it. black hood louvers, grille, headlight pockets, strips around the gfx, iroc-z decal, t-tops, molding along the sides, and mirrors.

next on the list after that will be polishing my wheels, and either a bigger cam or a victor jr. intake but that won't be for 2 months or so

Very nice man!!! very nice! That is one sweet IROC and Im surprised it wasn’t destroyed up in MA... there(most) drivers lack the skill and intelligence on driving... especially at night...
Al, I didn't realized they surpassed the wonderous automotive competence of Conneticut drivers.
Disclaimer: No offense intended to Conneticut-ians on the boards, but my family has yet to drive through Conn without being hit. Seriously, and it was never our fault. So we avoid it at all costs.

CT is bad... but in Mass, I dont think its a law to have your headlights on at night.... yep.. i counted 15 cars with lights off while they were driving at midnight... I even gave them the high beams to tell them to put them on... and I get the finger. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL! YIPPIE SKIPPY! errrrrr
back to the topic... that is a drive... i dont know if i could drive that far for a car i have never seen before up close and personal unless someone i knew had the car or saw the car and said it was awesome. Then Id pack up the bull and head on out.
