that is pretty interesting. I'd like to know more on how it was done. I wish our lights only went up that high in stock form. I know deadbird is working on a set that will actually go up and down but only stand about 1/3 or 1/2 the way up.

Don't know if I like the two circles but its a cool cosmetic fix.

It's certainly pretty creative and different, I might've gone with square headlights though. But yeah I wouldn't want them fixed, I like being able to put the lights down.

I don't see why the mod would be that hard to do.

My drivers side motor died on me awhile ago, and I didn't want to spend the money to buy a whole new headlight bucket, so I picked up just the motor from the junkyard.

From what I could tell when I was installing it was that it would stop going up and down when it ran into resistance. I had just the motor hooked up, but not the headlight, and it would spin forever. Seems like you should just be able to shorten or extend one of the rods to make it hit the body sooner and cause it to stop.

Anyway, the hard part would be finding the right sized buld and custom building a surround for it that would look good up and down.

I never understood the whole "sleepy eye thing" if you hate pop-ups by a Camaro.

Nicely done. Quality wise. Not my taste.
