Fuel rails=powder coating
Not sure if the question belongs here.
But,
I was woundering if you can Powder caot your fuel rails without any side effects?
The plan this winter is to port and polish everything.
Polish, plenum, runners, intake,tb,etc
Powder coat, fuel rails, top plate, thermostat neck. (Red )
Thought I would add some color, I have seen alot of things powder coated, except fuel rails.
Just want something different.
I just dont want to have problems with the fuel rail with fitting or O rings or anything if i powder coat it.
Thanks for any replys.

Should not have any problems as long as you strip them down and remove all of the seals. The rails are just hollow alluminum, The one rail will still have the feed tube on it put I believe that this is a crimped press fit and it does not have a rubber seal on it.

Should have no problems coating your rails. Take all the bolts out, pull the rails apart, and then coat the lines or rails, then replace the O-rings. If you need an O-ring P/N from advance auto let me know. I've coated many sets of fuel rails, so I'm sure I have the box for O-rings still lying around.
I will say that coating the fuel rails is the biggest pain in the *** out of all the parts, the brackets that push the lines into the rails are factory coated as well as the lines are factory coated. Stripping the coating is a pain.
