cleaning up the tanks...

does anyone have any ideas on how to make my tanks for water n coolant and stuff look nice... not that dull ugly used plastic look?

yes buy new ones, makes a world of diffrence and there not that expensive.

buying new ones is probably your best bet, some people opt to paint them but if you do that make sure you still have a way to check the fluid level

painting.. interesting concept... would that require the high temp. paint... my gta give off the most horrible tone from the dash when you are low in coolant.... i will never be low on coolant again in my life lol

can i buy the tanks from gm or would i get ones from newer cars that would fit or what?

I removed mine and replaced them with 1 unit from a 91 ford exploder it has the coolant overflow and washer fluid in one assembly.

I thought about this too. At first I wanted to paint them, but I found out there are relocation kits that replace those white tanks with smaller tanks that will hide under the front clip. I've decided to go that route.
