Finally got the SS hood painted.......

Well, it was painted about a month ago. What do you guys think? I love it!

I still need to do some adjusting and wet sanding. Had a shop do it for about $200.

Now I need to update my sig.

One more.

I had to put the hood pins on due to the hood "floating" at high speed. I think they really help the overall muscle car look. And, they add a little security for the engine bay.

Man, I should start a CarDomain site so I can just link.

Locking hood pins. Only takes a few seconds to unlock both.

Is that the ASCD big block hood or regular? I guess if it's regular, it's not a functional ram air then huh?

Woohoo, 1,000 POSTS and from Afghanistan!:lala:

I've always liked that hood quite a bit better than the cowl hoods on Camaros....especially looks good in that color. I've seen another Camaro precisely like yours, except without the hood pins. Looks great!

Looks good, is there anyway to have hood pins painted to match the car?

Wow, thats nice. If I had a Camaro, that'd be the hood that would be on it.

How about anodizing them to be a color close or a few shades off of body color. I think that would look awesome.

You know, hood pins are the type of thing that I'd hate, but for some reason, I think they're cool.

They do have that muscle look to 'em, don't they?
