except for me Eric! I have one right here. Waiting for spring to put it on. Looks good just sitting here though! lol Anyway, i have been after a CF hood for sometime now. Either its going to be a lot of $$$ to get a hold of a decent quality one, or its not going to happen for me at all, which i think is going to happen! later-Bryan

I kinda feel bad for Bruce after talking with him about the time and effort sunk into the 5" that everyone-and-their-mother was going to buy, and ended up with a -handful- of folks like yourself that were actually serious and not just blowing smoke out thier tail. Kudos!

Reply to hood drawing
VERY good question, I have never heard from the owners of this board about it. I even tried to start another drawing a few days ago and they locked the thread. Not sure what the problem is I am more than willing to have another drawing, even after the way I was done the last time. We had intented to over night all the third gen entries to the owners , to draw another name, but have never received their address. I have been trying. They have said in the past any mention of the drawing will cause a thread to be locked, I hope this is n not the case with this reply. We will soon see. Sincerely, Rex Orr

TGO is the absolute worst board I have ever seen when it comes to locked posts for no clear reason. Posts that should be locked are not, and ones that should not are. Fear the lock *****!

come on guys give them a break here the moderators on this board put a hell of a lot of work in and as much as its not perfect nothing is. If you have a problem with a locked post, pm a moderator theyre usually pretty good about giving an explanation, and if they miss one well get over it, it happens. I love this board and it has proven a great source of info for me. A couple locked posts here and there dont cry about it. I know this place is the be all and end all to some of you but all this is is a place for throwing around ideas and having questions answered. If it pains you so much to see a thread here and there locked that you dont agree with, then dont post here, otherwise dont complain and use the board for what its worth.

Great to hear about the sale, Think you can get me a price CDN for the S.S. Ram Air Hood???
Also with shipping to Vancouver Island In British Columbia
But just in case this gets locked, What has everyone heard about the SS Ram Air Hood, do they fit well. I'd be looking for the Carb version if there was one.

What? Are you located in Japan? I did not really understand your last statement. By the way, welcome to the boards! later

Rex,
I am the winner of the hood raffle, I got the hood today and it is sweet! Great quality and sweet design, I can't wait to put it on my car (have to wait until engine swap is done). Anyone considering the SS hood for a camaro, get it!
