'82-'84 tail lights or '85-90

Which do you think would look better on a silver '85 TA, '82-84 TA taillights or the normal '85-90 TA grid taillights?

Thanks,

Matt

It depends

You can have both ..and use both
its a direct bolton !
well...try ...
the 82-84s blacked outs looks more agressive andg give the car a custom look
the 85-90s looks cool also but more "modern" and not so "evil"
i hope you understand

I've actually been wondering the same thing! I plan on painting my 84 TA silver and I also have a set of 85-90 taillights. i'm not sure if i want to stay with the 84s or change over to the newer style. i do like that the 84s are already blacked out though. it may come down to which i think looks better with whichever spoiler i choose.

In my opinion the 85-90 tails look best with the aerowing, and the 82-84's look best with the standard spoiler. Apparantly that was GM's opinion to.....:lala:

I say go with the 85-90 if you want your rear end to look newer. I really like the louvered blacked out style, kind of reminds me of the Testarossa tail lights.

I don't like the way the 82-84 rear lights looked with aero wing. Those lights look so much cooler with stock pedestal wing or even a highrise wing.
