New wheel problem?

Ok, I had a set of Ronal (Firehawk) wheels on order. I know they were discontinued, but the place still had them for sale, so I placed my order. I was contacted saying they did not have any more. I checked another place and they definitely have 4 sets left, 1 light silver, 1 dark silver, and 2 chrome. The chrome are $400 more, but look great. I found a great deal on some comp TAs for $400, so I can have chrome and tires for only $400 more than wheels and tires before. But, while I was looking for some other options I ran across some very nice Fikse wheels I really like, too. I know which way I'm leaning, but I would like to hear some other opinions. Does anyone have experience with Fikse? Anyone have ideas of their prices, I cannot find any prices anywhere I look for the Fikses? Has anyone ever seen the chrome Ronals on a 3rd gen TA or even Camaro? Anyone have any pics of the chrome Ronals on a 3rd gen? Thanks.

I have been debating which wheels to get for a long time, since I need to ditch my 16 x 8 polished IROCs.

Anyway, I absolutely fell in love with the Ronal wheels, which was then eclipsed by the Fikse FM5 wheels. They are pure sex! Perfect for the 3rd Gen -body that has style without wanting to be too flashy... which is just my style.

But... I did some research and a set of 17" Fikse wheels would cost me $2500. A little more than I want to spend.

I guess my mind is made up. They really are alot of dough. I guess they are worth it though if you have that kind of money. I just saw Thunder Racing had them for $675 per wheel.

Yup... I decided to go the much cheaper route of Weld ProStar XP's. Once again, they look nice (5-spoke is best way to go with 3rd gens) and aren't flashy. Plus, the price is pretty good.

Everytime I see those chrome ronals, I get a funny feeling in my pants. I wish I could afford them.
The wheels I have are the ones in my avatar. If wouldnt have them though if my car had the IROCs on it when I bought it........stupid steel wheels.

I posted this on the ther site Bill, but since we can't get on it right now...I say buy a set of the regular ones, and paint the spoke part where its silver, paint it white to match your car. That my vote anyways.
