It looks way better considering neither worked or were connected.

i would get an a/c delete box if i were you...even if you heater doesn't exist, it will make the car look much more complete than a piece of aluminum over the holes.

try the junk yards on the earlyer model thirdgens 82-84. everyone says they are hard to find. i have 4 non ac heater boxes

Cruise your local junk yards or spend the cash and get the A/C delete box from ebay. You will need heat when your windows fog up.

sorry, no a/c delete box for me......i live in Florida so no heat needed and my a/c consists of TTops and power windows.

I have an AC delete box if you are interested. I removed the heat and AC too but I just covered up the the holes with sheet metal.

There are several bolts that go through from the inside of the car into the heater box. You'll need to take the passenger side under-dash trim off and then pull back the carpet and find the bolts. Sorry I can't be more specific, but once you get under the dash and start looking around you should be able to find them without much trouble at all. Good luck!

yeah thats why im doing it. i even thought about making my own heater fan...i can get some fairly powerful 12v DC fans that blow a good 200 cfm i think. make a small housing to put it in and hook up a switch to it...and just close off the AC hole

i got all of that removed as well only didnt really think of the windows fogging up till now someone mentioned it ...completely forgot about that...oh and speaking of living in FL...rains quite often...and having them T-Tops off with windows open an a sunny summer day aint always so great specially here in South Fl...

there is 3 bolts from the inside, 10mm socket and it comes out...
