Im trying to figure out the exact color of my car, but not sure how to go about it. I know the car has been repainted once before I bought it. I dont know how to post a pic up, but heres my cardomain link to it.

No one? Im trying to find out the exact color because I want to do some painting here and there, Vents and the like, and Id like to go with the same color on the rims.

Seriously, you need to take it to a body shop they should be able to help you. Or if you have a paint chip you can put it on a colorimeter and then they can match it exactly.

 

It could be "Light Blue" code 23 or "Bright Blue" code 98. But i am not 100% positive.

 

Thanks. Ill try to find those. Id take it to a paint shop, but the closest is like, an hour away from me, since I live in the boonies.

My door jamb code is missing and I just got the car. It's original paint and might be slightly a different shade from my 91 to your 89 but it looks real close.

I'd like to know too. If you find out let me know please.

I think it's the Bright Blue Metallic but I'm not sure.

 

If I'm right its (gm code: 80/wa 9544)Medium Quasar Blue Metallic.
I do believe that is the right color code for my car.

The Med. Quasar was my second pick...LOL

I think that is slightly darker than mine.

wow, thats it!! if its not, its extremely close, so close you wouldnt be able to distinguish the difference on rims and the like. Thanks a ton! Im between semesters right now, but on my way home today from exams, they are starting up a paint and body shop nearby, ill be able to check it by wensday I hope, ill let ya know.
